Up to £40.72 per hour (depending on experience)The OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic Global Programme Management team supporting a wide portfolio of projects across a large, complex organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across multiple business areas while working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.You'll play a key role in driving projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to deliveryDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft ProjectMonitor progress, performance, risks, and budgets across a portfolio of projectsProduce regular, high-quality reports for senior stakeholdersManage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication throughoutMaintain risk registers, action logs, and project documentationSupport resource planning and allocation across projectsIdentify issues and recommend effective solutionsFacilitate meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional collaborationMentor and support other project contributors where requiredAbout YouYou'll be a confident and proactive Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.Essential:3+ years' experience in project managementStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Microsoft Project and the MS Office suite (especially Excel)Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skillsExperience influencing and leading teams indirectlyDesirable:PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certificationExperience in resource and cost management across project portfoliosAdvanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas)Working ArrangementsFully site-based in PeterboroughWorking hours:Mon-Thurs: 08:30 - 16:45Fri: 08:30 - 16:15Occasional travel to UK, European, and potentially international sitesTPBN1_UKTJ
