SummaryLeatside Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis (6 sessions: Wednesday–Friday). We are a forward‐thinking, training practice based in Redruth, Cornwall, caring for a population of around 16,700 patients as part of North Kerrier East PCN. We pride ourselves on delivering high‐quality, patient‐centred care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Our approach includes adopting the BMA‐recommended 25 × 15‐minute appointments to support a healthier work‐life balance, alongside daily coffee catch‐ups that provide valuable opportunities for team connection and clinical discussion.The role offers a varied and rewarding workload, including face‐to‐face and telephone consultations, home visits, and involvement in clinical decision‐making across a wide range of patient needs. You will be supported to work autonomously while contributing to a strong team culture focused on quality improvement, education, and continuous professional development.
