Im working with an established and highly respected engineering manufacturer who design and build advanced automated test equipment used across aerospace, rail, and energy sectors worldwide.With decades of innovation behind them and a strong global footprint, theyre now looking to bring in an experiencedProject Managerto join their commercial team.This is a key role where youll take ownership of both customer-led projects and internal product development, working cross-functionally to deliver complex engineering solutions from concept through to delivery.What youll be doing: Managing full project lifecyclesfrom concept to delivery and beyond Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating resources Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Managing budgets, timelines, risks, and change control Ensuring high-quality delivery aligned to technical and commercial goals What theyre looking for: Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing/engineering environment APMP or PRINCE2 qualification Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Experience with project planning tools (e.g. MS Project) The opportunity: Youll be joining a business that combines the agility of a standalone company with the backing of a larger international groupoffering real scope to make an impact while developing your career.Package: £45,000£55,000 DOE Bonus scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with buy/sell options) Pension matched up to 8% Enhanced family leave 'sick pay Additional perks including cycle scheme, wellbeing support & more ??
