This multifaceted position is central to the successful daily operation of the works, acting as the primary administrative and logistical control point.This is a temporary role for 12-18 monthsKey Responsibilities: Logistics & Site Control: Manage all visitors and contractors entering and exiting the site.Control and record the flow of incoming raw materials and other deliveries.Oversee the dispatching of finished goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Administration: Manage and process all orders generated from the site.Handle the receipt of all incoming goods, ensuring proper documentation.Administer payroll systems, including recording and tracking holidays, sickness absence, and overtime.Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and well organised, possessing: Previous experience in a fast-moving and varied administrative role.SAP experience (desirable).A good working knowledge of general office administration.Sound IT literacy.This is a dynamic position requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
