An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join a well-established care provider committed to delivering outstanding standards of care. This role is ideal for a confident and compassionate nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, and improving resident outcomes within a care home environment. About the Role As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance. Supported by an experienced management team, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs. You will take an active role in clinical delivery, support the development of the nursing team, and contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
