The OpportunityIn this pivotal role, you'll lead the Home Ownership function, ensuring the delivery of a compliant, efficient, and customer-focused service. You'll oversee a wide range of homeownership activities while driving continuous improvement and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience at every stage.This is a fantastic opportunity to combine leadership, technical expertise, and customer focus in a role where you can truly make an impact.What You'll Be DoingYou'll take responsibility for the full end-to-end Home Ownership service, including: Managing shared ownership and shared equity transactions, including resales, assignments, and staircasingOverseeing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applicationsLeading on remortgaging, redemptions, and sales progressionSupporting asset disposals, land transactions, and commercial property salesEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirementsActing as the subject matter expert for homeowners and leaseholdersDriving excellent customer service across all touchpointsMaintaining oversight of conveyancing processes and ensuring audit complianceCollaborating with brokers, lenders, and legal professionalsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, maximise value, and enhance service delivery About YouWe're looking for someone who brings both expertise and leadership capability. You'll ideally have: Strong experience managing within a Home Ownership or similar environmentIn-depth knowledge of the end-to-end sales process and relevant legislation (including RTB/RTA)Experience working in a regulated sectorA proven xjdpvnf ability to lead, motivate, and develop a teamExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside brokers, lenders, and solicitorsA customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality servicesStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence in decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving Additional Information Hybrid working arrangementFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle requiredBasic DBS check required If this role is of interest, please email over your CV to
