Location: Essex area Salary: 12.71 per hour (increases with experience and upon permanent employment) Hours: MondayFriday, Early Finish on FridaysWe are currently recruiting for a Window Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing team due to an upcoming departure within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in window fabrication, although candidates with strong transferable skills and a practical, hands-on background will also be considered.Key Responsibilities:Working across different stages of the window manufacturing processLearning and supporting multiple departments including hanging line operations, hardware selection, and assemblySupporting the stores team with customer and window packsCarrying out glass inspection and quality checksAssisting with general ad hoc production duties as requiredWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 6:00am 2:30pm (45 minutes total breaks taken at 9am and 12pm)Friday: 6:00am 2:00pmBenefits:20 days holiday per year, increasing by 1 day annually up to 25 daysInclusion in an Employee Ownership Trust after 1 year of service xjdpvnf Birthday day off after 1 year of serviceTemp to permanent opportunity with progression availableThis role offers excellent long-term stability, hands-on training across multiple areas of production, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive manufacturing environment.
