Automotive Glazing & ADAS Trainer National Role About the Role This role has been created with experienced, credible automotive glazing professionals in mind. At the Automotive Glazing Academy (AGA), we work at the sharp end of industry standards, IMI accreditation and ADAS development. The focus of this position is delivering high-quality, real-world training nationally while helping shape technician standards across the UK. What You Would Be Doing Delivering automotive glazing and ADAS training across the UK Working with technicians at all experience levels, from new entrants through to senior technicians Supporting IMI accreditation and BS10125 compliance Delivering both scheduled AGA courses and bespoke, on-site customer training Acting as a technical authority and trusted industry voice Keeping training aligned with OEM methods and emerging ADAS technology What Were Looking For Strong, hands-on automotive glazing background Solid understanding of ADAS and recalibration following glass replacement Confidence working with technicians, customers and stakeholders Someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and raising standards Comfortable travelling nationally and working independently How We Measure Success Consistent delivery of planned national training days Strong learner and client feedback Good assessment and accreditation outcomes High standards of compliance, safety and professionalism Ongoing contribution to keeping AGA training current TPBN1_UKTJ
