Some of the benefits we offer: Competitive salary Pension Scheme with enhanced Employer Contributions 23 days Holiday, plus Bank Holidays rising with Length of Service Career development opportunities Cycle to work Scheme Gym discounts Life Assurance Role Summary The Reconciliation Administrator is responsible for accurately reconciling the customers deliveries in accordance with the required timelines and processing any information which will affect future deliveries; collating the appropriate data to ensure the client can invoice their customers correctly, and has the ability to balance stocks at agreed periodic intervals. Key Responsibilities The job holder is responsible for; The accurate reconciliation of all product delivered against customer specific agreed deadlines. Ensuring that data of completed reconciliation is exported as per customer specific agreed deadlines. Ensuring correct data entry into various audit logs. Completing an accurate and detailed handover and communication takes place between shifts. Taking the appropriate investigative action to find missing data in order to reconcile deliveries within the agreed timeframe. Investigating any anomalies and escalating them as appropriate. Monitoring the accounting queries inbox and ensure that any reconciling / invoicing queries are responded to in the appropriate time frame. Undertaking any ad-hoc administration tasks as required by the Customer Service Admin Manager, the Control Team Leader or the Service Operations manager. Assisting the Customer Service Administration team as and when required. Creating periodic management information reports as and when required. Filing of paperwork. Requirements Essential Live within a commutable distance Demonstrate high attention to detail and organisation skills Be proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel Have excellent numerical data skills Have the ability to interpret data and prioritise tasks Be a team player and be able to work unsupervised in a pressurised environment meeting individual and shared deadlines Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build affective working relationships Have a good use of intuition and problem solving skills for productive outcomes Desirable Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge or experience in a similar industry Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm Why Join Us?
