Contract: Ongoing / Project-BasedStart: ImmediateWe’re looking for an experienced Electrical Assembly / Production Engineer to support ongoing marine projects. You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment working on advanced marine platforms, delivering high‑quality electrical builds, integrations and fault resolution across a range of specialist systems.What You’ll Be DoingAssembling, wiring and integrating low-voltage marine electrical systems to production and engineering standardsSupporting installation, commissioning and testing of electrical and electronic systems across specialist vesselsWorking from engineering drawings, schematics and build documentation to deliver accurate, high‑quality assembliesConducting fault-finding, diagnostics and rectification on AC/DC power distribution, navigation, comms, control and auxiliary systemsSupporting production teams with system integration, loom building, panel wiring and functional testingEnsuring compliance, documentation accuracy and safe working practices throughout all build stagesCollaborating with mechanical, electronic and production engineers to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who can operate at a similar level to our current specialist:Strong background in marine electrical systems or complex low-voltage electrical buildsExperience with installation, integration, commissioning and maintenance across yachts, specialist vessels or defence platformsSkilled in AC/DC power distribution, navigation & comms systems, engine room systems, stabilisers, thrusters, AV/lighting controlConfident with advanced diagnostics: insulation resistance testing, continuity checks, earth fault analysis, thermal imaging, electronic fault tracingAbility to work to tight production schedules with high attention to detailComfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and communicating clearly with senior technical staffPrior experience in OEM, defence, refit or high‑reliability environments is highly desirableWhy This Contract?Work on cutting-edge marine and autonomous systemsJoin a high-performing technical team with strong engineering standardsImmediate impact on live production and integration projectsCompetitive contract rates and ongoing project pipelineFor more information, please apply now!
