Frontline Recruitment Derby Limitedare working in partnership with a reputable business based in Derbyshire, easily reached from Derby, Mansfield, Chesterfield and Notts and are currently hiring an experienced "multi-skilled Engineer" for the their client's manufacturing business.Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.What you will be doing!Carry out routine maintenance & inspections, including PPM & ThermographicCarry out planned repairs to Injection Mould & Blow Mould machinery, factory and services.Ideally have knowledge of plastics and the plastics processing requirements.Complete maintenance documentation. I.E. Engineering Reports and PPM Schedules, using Agility Engineering Reporting and T1oo Hazard Reporting.Evaluate/identify and carry out improvements to machinery and factory.Work closely with shift personnel.Liaise directly with suppliers and service engineers.Repair breakdowns in a safe & time efficient manner.Have a sound knowledge of electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic fault finding.Be fully conversant with all schematic drawings.The successful applicant will have?A flexible attitude to working shifts, mornings/afternoons/nights on a weekly rotation which may change in line with business needs. xjdpvnf Support on call 1 out 6 weekends in line with the rest of the team of engineersHave a minimum of 2 years experience in a multi-skilled role, both mechanical and electrical knowledge (any split considered %)Experience within plastics desirable, but not essentialSalary:Circa 40-45 OTE (Standard hourly rateplus overtime at a premium rate, attendance allowance and on call pay - weekend payment as per the rotaStart Date: ImmediateShifts: Mornings, Nights, AfternoonsIf you are an experienced multi-skilled engineer we urge you to apply!
