HGV Class 2 Driver Stourbridge People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Stourbridge, West Midlands. Shifts Monday to Friday Start times between 07:00 and 08:00 Rates of Pay: 15.00 per hour (basic) Benefits Weekly pay Immediate starts Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties Completing multi-drop deliveries Operating and driving Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and efficiently Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensuring all loads are loaded and secured correctly Adhering to traffic laws and regulations Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo when required Essential Skills Valid UK Category C driving licence Minimum of 12 month's experience driving Category C vehicles Valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no major endorsement codes) Good spoken and written English Punctual with excellent time-keeping Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Desirable Experience Previous commercial driving experience Previous multi-drop delivery experience Training Provided ongoing support throughout the assignment Apply : If you are ready to take on this opportunity as an HGV Class 2 Driver, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
