Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor (Floating Role) Salary:£30,000 basic + £1,000 per month commission + mileage paid Working Hours: Monday: 10:00am5:00pmThursday: 10:00am7:00pmFriday: 10:00am5:00pmSaturday: 11:00am5:00pmSunday: 11:00am5:00pmNew Homes Sales AdvisorOn Behalf of Our ClientWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a five-star house builder, for a motivated and customer-focusedNew Homes Sales Advisorto work in a floating role across multiple developments. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all sales aspects involved in the day-to-day running of developments, ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times. The role involves achieving or exceeding sales targets while effectively progressing reservations through to contract exchange and legal completion. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving sales targets as defined by senior managementLiaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors regularly to ensure timely contract exchange and legal completionAssist customers post-completion with reporting repairs or customer service issuesProactively work with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas to increase salesMaintain the presentation of the site and show homes to the highest standardsEnsure all product knowledge is kept up to date to provide accurate information to purchasersGuide customers around show homes, stock plots and developments to demonstrate features and benefitsEnsure all visitors are aware of Health and Safety policies and are accompanied on siteEffectively utilise the CRM system and maintain accurate recordsLiaise with Site Managers to arrange customer meetings in a timely mannerAttend and record weekly Sales/Site Meetings and complete any actionsEnsure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, processes and standardsExperience, Qualifications and SkillsExperienceExperience within the housebuilding industry is beneficialProven experience delivering excellent customer serviceExperience handling confidential and sensitive informationUnderstanding of property sales and marketing processesExperience working in a customer-focused environment, including home visitsExperience building effective relationships with property professionals and external agenciesQualifications and TrainingFull UK Driving LicenceAccess to a vehicle for business useSkills and AptitudeKnowledge of the home buying and conveyancing processAbility to plan, prioritise and organise workload to meet sales and completion targetsStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to diversity and inclusionRole and Working ConditionsPredominantly site-based role with travel to divisional offices as requiredFlexible approach to working hours and location, including weekends and occasional eveningsWhat Our Client OffersCompetitive basic salary plus monthly commissionMileage paid for business travelContributory pension scheme25 days holiday plus bank holidaysAccess to discounts and benefits portalShareSave SchemeCycle to Work SchemeLife assuranceHoliday Purchase SchemeEarn and Learn opportunitiesTo apply or for more information, please contact us for a confidential discussion.TPBN1_UKTJ
