*Job description*Do you want to work for a professional, successful, privately owned independent car Sales, Repair & MoT Centre?We are looking for a fully qualified, skilled, dedicated and hardworking *Vehicle Technician / Mechanic *to join our successful Workshop team in Merthyr Tydfil.We will pay £32000 - £50000 a year (depending on experience) based on a 40 hour working week, overtime is available.Hours of Work : 8 hours per day between 8.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch.*Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic – Responsibilities** Carry out fault diagnosis, service and repair on a variety of cars * Carry out PDI's in line with internal procedures and guidelines * Ensure faults are accurately diagnosed and documented * Adhere to our high standards of health and safety * Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and thoroughly * MOT license would be preferred but not essential*The ideal candidate for the Vehicle Technician role:** NVQ Level 3 Minimum: 3 year * Full UK driving licenceFor a copy of our 'Privacy Notice' please request on your application.We may not be able to respond to every application.Job Type: Full-timePay: £32,000.00-£50,000.00 per yearBenefits: * Company pension * Employee discount * Free parking * On-site parkingLicence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
