Its a hands-on role where youll be working on a wide range of motorcycles, helping get them prepped, repaired and ready for sale.Youll be carrying out routine maintenance and repairs, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and making sure every bike meets roadworthy standards before it reaches a customer. Youll also complete PDI inspections in line with company standards, working efficiently without cutting corners.Day to day, youll be part of a busy workshop where teamwork matters. Youll be expected to keep your workspace clean and organised, follow health and safety guidelines, and take pride in the quality of your work at every stage of the bikes journey through the business.What Youll Be Doing Day-to-Day:Conduct PDI checks, remedial work, and comprehensive vehicle preparation to meet SuperBike Factory retail standardsComplete repairs, servicing, and maintenance on motorcycles for internal and external customers, meeting efficiency and accuracy targetsProvide thorough vehicle evaluations and present findings to customers via report, video, or in personAdhere to company repair standards, Health & Safety guidelines, and workshop proceduresPerform road-testing assessments on motorcycles, licence permittingMaintain clean, organised workstations in line with 5S principles and company housekeeping standardsUndertake ongoing training and development in line with market updates and new product launchesWhat Were Looking For:Essential:Proven experience working with motorcyclesProficiency using hand toolsFamiliarity with diagnostic software (e.g., TEXA).Desirable:Full or restricted motorcycle licenceMotor vehicle or engineering qualificationsBenefits:Netflix MembershipDiscounted Gym MembershipGroup Life Assurance (4 times salary!)Staff Discount on Bikes and accessoriesCycle to Work SchemeHealth & Wellbeing Support (mental health, fitness plans, nutrition advice, 24/7 doctor helpline)Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, and Sickness PayIf youre looking for an interesting sales environment, where you can earn well and develop over time, apply today.We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to carry out regulated financial service activities and offer credit to consumers.
