Senior Project Manager - Longham - Up to 50K Were working with a client looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a range of complex, cross-functional projects. This is a pivotal role, acting as the central point of coordination across multiple teams - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget. Youll play a key role in driving structure, managing risk, and maintaining clear communication across the business.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, in full, and to specificationCreate and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and dependencies across teamsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders including commercial, product, creative, procurement, and logisticsProactively identify risks and manage issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolutionMaintain accurate project documentation and ensure all approvals and signoffs are completed Requirements:Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role, with 5+ years managing end-to-end deliveryStrong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projectsExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneouslyConfident communicator, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsCommercial awareness, with the ability to manage scope, cost, and delivery expectations Desirable:Experience within FMCG, retail, sourcing, or creative/production environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Excel, ERP systems)Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and takes real ownership of delivery.Interested?
