Maintaining high expectations of student performance, behaviour, and commitment is essential, as is ensuring all work meets awarding body standards.Job title: Lecturer - Patisserie - HospitalityPart Time 22.2 hours per week, spread over 3 days, Permanent, Colchester campusAbout the role:To undertake a teaching role across a range of Level 1-3 Professional Chefs curriculum, focusing on delivery of Patisserie appropriate to the needs of all learners and different courses.To prepare, plan and conduct effective teaching appropriate to the needs of individual students, courses, and the curriculum. Monitor and support learners across the whole study prgramme adhering to college policy.To reflect continuously and improve the quality of teaching and learning within your sessions. Utilising and developing online resources to support student achievement. Maintain high expectations of learner's work, comittment and behaviour, taking action to ensure the highest standards are met at all times.
