This is a unique opportunity for an experienced manager from either a *Learning Disabilities (LD)* or *Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)* background. The service offers flexibility in its model, allowing us to tailor provision to the needs of the children—so we're looking for a versatile, forward-thinking leader who can adapt and shape the service. *About the role:* You will take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children aged 8–17.
