About the Role As Registered/ Deputy Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day running of a residential home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a residential care team to deliver exceptional, child-centred care Oversee and implement tailored care plans that support each child’s individual needs Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) Manage safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement Manage staffing, rotas, and budgets effectively Build relationships with families, social workers, and external agencies Drive the home from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ About You Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager within an EBD residential children’s home Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding Proven leadership and team management experience Ability to manage operations including staffing and budgets Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or working towards it Why Join?
