The Impact You'll Make As our Night Warehouse Supervisor, youll be the driving force behind a high-performing night shift team. Youll ensure that every parcel, pallet, and product moves through our warehouse with speed, accuracy, and care. This is a hands on leadership role What You'll Do Lead and motivate a team of 20 25 warehouse operatives during the night shift (10pm0700am) (11pm-0800hrs). Oversee the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of goods. Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, dispatch times, and safety compliance. Coordinate with transport teams. Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in work. Inventory management, checking goods for damage / missing items. Where possible troubleshoot operational issues quickly to keep the night running smoothly. Where appropriate elevate the issue to a more senior member of staff. What You'll Bring Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally in a fast-paced logistics environment. leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide your team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail under time pressure. Knowledge of warehouse health 'safety regulations and best practices.
