Support Worker - Multiple positions available Lobster Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to join a growing team. We have shifts in Sussex and Surrey area. You will work with extraordinary people who achieve fantastic successes and work as part of a supportive team, focusing on outcomes through a person-centred approach. We work closely with local services for vulnerable people, to offer flexible working hours including: Early shifts Late shifts Long Day shifts Night shifts Requirements: Have experience working with adults and/or children with learning and physical disabilities (Minimum 6 Months experience) Be passionate about providing excellent support Be compassionate, take responsibility for your own actions and be keen to acquire new knowledge What we offer you: Flexible Working Hours Full time and Part time hours available Weekly Pay PAYE (Not Self Employed) Employer Pension Contribution Up to 28 days Holiday per year Full Practical & Theory Training. On call service, for out of usual office hours. Immediate Start available (subject to pre-employment checks).
