Essential Skills: To be successful as a Forklift Counterbalance Driver , you will need: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence Comfortable with manual handling Good reliability and work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail Candidates must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
