Health Care Assistant Neurological Rehabilitation We are recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN's) to join a specialist 22-bed neurological rehabilitation service supporting adults with complex neurological and spinal conditions, including Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), spinal injury, PDOC, and progressive neurological conditions . The service provides ongoing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation alongside complex physical, tracheostomy, and respiratory care . RGN's work closely with Registered Nurses and the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, supporting individuals to maximise independence and improve quality of life. Experience or understanding in the following areas is desirable: Supporting individuals with complex physical and neurological needs Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and respiratory support Working within a rehabilitation or complex care environment This role is ideal for compassionate, motivated HCAs with an interest in neurological rehabilitation and long-term patient outcomes.
