Team socials Role purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Paraplanning team providing paraplanning support to the Paraplanners, Advisers and wider business. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Providing paraplanning support to the Financial adviser team across more simple products and cases with a view of developing into more complex advice areas and cases in development and learning journey Sending Letter of Authorities to third party providers Chasing outstanding information with third party providers Analysing of policy information Preparation of basic suitability letter and reports Accurately recording clients data and compliance Communication between client and adviser to ensure both parties are updated throughout the process Working within desired timescales for completion of tasks Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards Maintain up to date industry knowledge and awareness by attending training days and keeping abreast of advice and process changes internally Develop technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.
