We're looking for a *Registered Manager* to lead a residential service that supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a dedicated care team, ensure outstanding care delivery, and drive positive outcomes for the people we support. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead the day-to-day running of the service with a strong focus on person-centred care * Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards (e.g. CQC) * Recruit, manage, and develop staff through coaching, supervisions, and appraisals * Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and support strategies * Promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion for all residents * Participate in an on-call rota providing leadership support *About You:* * QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) * Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within adult social care * Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs * Proven ability to manage teams and improve care quality * Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills * Committed to safeguarding, equality, and delivering high standards of care *Why Join?* This is more than a management role — it's a chance to make a real difference.
