Joiner / Maintenance Engineer Barlows UK Ltd are looking for a proactive, energetic, and motivated individual to join their team as a Joiner / Maintenance Engineer.Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and providing an excellent level of service across a variety of projects.Role Overview This is a varied and hands-on role involving: Private domestic, light commercial, and insurance-related projects General joinery work including installation, repair, and maintenance Fitting kitchens, doors, skirting boards, architraves, and flooring Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks Basic multi-trade work (e.g., minor plumbing, decoration, patch plastering, or tiling) where required Property repairs and refurbishment work Measuring, cutting, and installing materials to a high standard Working both independently and alongside other trades Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards Qualifications, Experience & Skills NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years experience in joinery or maintenance roles Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Full UK driving licence (essential) Good communication and customer service skills Experience in multi-trade environments xjdpvnf (advantageous) Any additional qualifications or relevant skills will be considered an advantage please include full details of your experience, capabilities, and qualifications when applying.Benefits Company vehicle Mobile phone Company-branded uniform Overtime paid time and a half Saturday and Sunday double pay Competitive salary: Starting at 31,500 dependent on experience Full-time, permanent position
