The Role: Clinical Development & Leadership In this dual-site role, you will be an integral part of the clinical leadership team, helping to shape our psychological therapies service. You will: Clinical Excellence: Lead psychological assessments and support complex multidisciplinary formulations. Intervention: Deliver and oversee 1:1 and group sessions via our trauma-informed 'Making Sense' programme. Supervision: Mentor and supervise Assistant Psychologists (with full support/training provided if you haven't supervised before). Training: Provide reflective practice and specialist training to wider healthcare and prison staff. What Well Look For in You Registration: Full HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist. Experience: Familiarity with forensic populations and evidence-based interventions (CBT or Compassion Focused Therapy experience is highly desirable).
