Overview We are recruiting for an experienced CB (Counterbalance) Driver to join a busy manufacturing operation in Corby. This is a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key. Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently Loading and unloading goods from vehicles Moving stock and materials across the site Supplying production lines with materials as required Stacking and storing products in designated warehouse areas Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times Requirements Valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Licence (in-date) Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Ability to work rotating shifts (days, backs, nights) Good attention to detail and organisational skills Strong awareness of health & safety Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Desirable Previous experience within a manufacturing setting Flexibility to support other warehouse duties when required Whats on Offer Ongoing, stable work Opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturing company Training and development opportunities Competitive pay with overtime available.
