What Youll Be Doing Supporting individuals with daily living tasks Encouraging independence and building confidence Supporting people to access the community and take part in activities Helping individuals achieve their personal goals and aspirations Providing emotional support and companionship Promoting dignity, respect, and choice at all times What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who is: Kind, caring, and compassionate Patient, understanding, and empathetic A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable, flexible, and committed Willing to learn and complete ongoing training Previous experience is welcome but not essential our comprehensive training programme will give you all the skills and confidence you need.
