We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Operative to join manufacturing team. This role involves working within a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring that all products meet strict safety and quality standards. Monday - Friday 07:45 - 17:00 with option for overtime when busy Key Responsibilities Operate on production lines preparing and packing food products Accurately pack, label, and check products to meet company and customer specifications Work in chilled and freezer environments as required Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures Conduct basic quality checks and report any defects or issues Maintain a clean and organised working area in line with hygiene standards Assist with stock rotation and materials handling Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets Adhere to company policies, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements Working Conditions Exposure to chilled (05C) and freezer environments (up to -18C) Standing for extended periods Repetitive tasks and manual handling TPBN1_UKTJ
