Astute's Power team are looking to recruit an Electrical Instrumentation and Control Site Supervisor on a 12-month contract for a project in Essex from June 2026. Key skillsAll potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Take ownership of EIC site activities across electrical, instrumentation, and control systemsAct as the key on-site interface between contractors, site management, and engineering teamsSupport installation, testing, and commissioning to meet programme milestonesDrive safe, efficient execution aligned to project timelines and quality standardsProvide practical, on-the-ground leadership to ensure work is delivered right first timeLead and enforce HSEQ standards, ensuring all works are carried out in line with approved RAMSCoordinate subcontractors and vendors to maintain progress and resolve issues quicklyManage defects, punch lists, and completion activities through to close-outSupport testing, commissioning, and fault-finding across EIC systemsRaise and manage site changes, deviations, and interface issues with the wider project teamMust be someone has who proven experience in EIC Supervision ideally within an EFW (Energy from Waste) / Energy project (Power, Oil & Gas etc).Must have a strong background working in live construction and commissioning environmentsMust hold an SSSTS (or equivalent)Must have experience within HV/LV/MW systems, instrumentation and control systems i.e. PLC /DCS Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Electrical Instrumentation and Control Site Supervisor role EssexJune 202612 Months min500-550 per dayINDPOWAstute People are acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
