As a Digital & Growth Marketing Manager you will own the full fan journey, from social media engagement and data capture through to subscription conversion and long-term retention. You will connect content performance with commercial outcomes using analytics, automation, and targeted campaigns. Working as the Digital & Growth Marketing Manager you will lead growth marketing initiatives, optimise conversion funnels, and activate customer data platforms to maximise revenue, engagement, and lifetime value across digital channels.
