Childrens Residential Support Worker We are currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Residential Child Support Workers to join our team in Basildon. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people and make a meaningful impact on their lives. Role Overview You will be working within a residential care setting, supporting young people aged 1417 with behavioural and emotional needs. The role involves working on a 2:1 ratio, building positive and trusting relationshipsand helping young people develop life skills in a safe and nurturing environment.
