Food Production Team Leader Taunton 16.50 per hour | Weekly Pay Monday to Friday, 12:30 21:30 Join a Growing Food Production Team in Taunton We're on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Production Team Leader to support a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing site. If you've got production experience and enjoy leading from the front, this could be the perfect next step for you. What You'll Be Doing Leading and supervising a team of production operatives to hit daily targets Ensuring products are finished and packed to a high standard Overseeing the safe and efficient use of production machinery Supporting ingredient mixing in line with recipes and procedures Monitoring quality, productivity and hygiene standards Training, guiding and motivating your team Keeping the workplace clean, safe and compliant Ensuring food safety and health 'safety standards are always met Reporting issues and contributing to continuous improvements What We're Looking For Previous experience in food production or manufacturing Supervisory or team leader experience (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Great attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Reliable, punctual and a strong team player ?
