This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer / Production Engineer to join a forward-thinking business where innovation is valued, your ideas are heard, and your career can grow alongside the company. Your background as a Manufacturing Engineer: You will hold a relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar technical / engineering / science-based discipline. Any previous experience of working in a manufacturing engineering, production engineering or similar types of roles in an engineering, manufacturing, or materials science-based environment would be advantageous. An interest in working on the development of products for automotive, specialist vehicles, aerospace, defence, marine or similar applications would be beneficial. You must be a sole British passport holder to be eligible for UK Defence Security Clearance for this role. Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Engineer you will contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle, feeding into research & development, devising, and improving processes, collaborating with suppliers, customers, colleagues to support production activities. Help drive manufacturing excellence through root cause investigation, process optimisation, and performance monitoring. Maintain robust, efficient, and future-ready processes, while ensuring readiness for new product and customer introductions. Champion manufacturing innovation and collaborate with R&D to seamlessly integrate new products.
