Night Warehouse Shift Leader - Lowfield Heath Hours / shift pattern - 38.5 Hours Per Week, 4 nights on, 4 nights off, between the hours of 1800-0600 Salary - Competitive Annual Salary plus 12% management bonus & night premium Were looking for a motivated and supportive Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, youll play a key role in guiding and motivating a team to deliver excellent operational performance while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and efficiency. What youll be doing: Leading and motivating a warehouse team during your shift Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring targets are met Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential Maintaining high standards of safety and operational procedures Working closely with managers and other departments to keep operations running smoothly What were looking for: Previous warehouse or logistics experience Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred) A positive attitude with strong communication skills Someone who enjoys supporting and developing others Ability to stay organised and calm in a busy environment Why join us?
