We're currently building an additional roofing team to undertake projects mainly within a 1-hour radius of Leeds. To install BOTH Flat and Pitch roofing systems to the highest standards. Flat Roofs Felt EPDM Liquid systems Warm/Cold roofs Pitch Roofs Slate Tile Stone Repairs Fascia Guttering Leadwork You will have the chance to grow and run your own jobs, the possibility to move into management. Lets Talk Money We all know a real roofer is a dime a dozen... 130-180 per day. The Perfect Candidate will tick all the boxes below: You will have a full driving licence. You'll be a people person. You will have tremendous confidence. You'll have read this job description and thought wow this job is perfect for me. You'll have a minimum of 5 years roofing experience. You'll be motivated to grow and help the business grow. You'll be reliable, hard working and all that usual stuff too. Plus you won't be a complete technophobe. What your typical day will look like: 8:00 arrive on site with work mates. 8:15 get stuck in. 12:00 Lunch. 1:00 crack on. 3:30 start tidying up. 4:00 head home. The nitty gritty. We're based just outside of Leeds city centre. Our yard has all the usual stuff a yard needs like a kettle, fridge and even a toilet! We aim to be on site by 8am and home for 5pm. All staff are on a full time salary basis. We're looking for someone ready to step up and help us achieve our goals, starting the sooner the better. Our Current team consists of 9 people. With experience between 1 month and 30+ years. You will work in pairs and larger teams depending on the projects.
