We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Deputy Manager* to support the Registered Manager in leading a dynamic residential care team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential childcare who is ready to take the next step into leadership—or continue growing in a management role that truly matters. *What You'll Do* As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and a safe, nurturing environment.
