Help clients accurately identify, assess and mitigate risk, identifying practical solutions. Develop and maintain excellent client relationships while growing your expertise in data law and related public and administrative law. Support cross‑cutting work across agencies and contribute to the department’s broad legal agenda.Qualifications3+ years post‑qualification experience (or less for the Legal Officer grade) in UK information or data law. Strong legal judgement, risk assessment, and ability to translate legal issues into practical advice. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Capacity to manage workload, meet deadlines and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
