We are growing our warehousing team due to continued growth. We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a permanent basis to work day shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern. Responsible for making sure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. The role is a full encompassing Warehouse position and will involve checking stock, goods and location controlling, picking and handballing. Packing orders ready for dispatch. Dispatching goods to our customers. Completingall paperwork and documents as required. Receiving, checking and storing products from suppliers in a manner so the Company is not liable for any damages. Report all shortages and damages found to the Team Leader immediately. Be aware of and adhere to the Companys Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others Ensuring work areas are kept in a safe,cleanand tidy manner. Able to operate Reach truck and other mobile plant whenrequired(training / refreshers will be given asrequiredfor the needs of the department). What will you bring? Previous experience in a warehouse operative role Previous experience operating a Reach Truck would be advantageous Comfortable on your feet this is a hands-on role that involves lifting and carrying. A team player with a positive attitude towards work. Strong communication skills. Computer literate. Understanding and appreciation for safe manual handling practicesand isHealth & Safetyaware.
