About the RoleAs an Estimator, youll play a key part in supporting the Commercial Manager to deliver our regional contracting strategy. Youll be responsible for pricing work, managing the tendering process, and helping secure new opportunities that align with business goals.This role is ideal for someone experienced in highways, surfacing, civils, or infrastructure estimating, who wants to contribute to a long-term pipeline of work and build strong customer relationships.?? What Youll Be DoingYou will:Develop and submit competitive, high-quality tenders that align with business capacity, margins, and risk profilesSupport the Commercial Manager in building a strong pipeline of long-term opportunitiesBuild and maintain commercially beneficial relationships with new and existing clients in the Highways sectorConduct robust appraisals of completed tenders to continually improve accuracy and performanceEnsure full compliance with Tarmac processes, policies and review proceduresUnderstand customer needs in detail and develop bids tailored to their requirementsContribute to the delivery of regional commercial objectives and wider business strategy??
