ResponsibilitiesTake part in the general work of the department including acute CT and MRI cover and adult diagnostic radiology on call.Support general imaging, acute imaging and on‑call coverage (weekdays 1:19, weekends 1:13) and interventional weekend rota.Comply with all relevant Trust policies relating to administration of patient care.Set timescales for triage of requests, complete discharge summaries before patient discharge, follow the specified process for patients that do not attend (DNA) appointments or admission, and complete all necessary paperwork within agreed timescales.Work with service managers and clinical colleagues to manage caseload flexibly, ensuring clinical, national and local priorities such as maximum waiting times for referral to treatment are achieved.Qualifications and RequirementsMust be able to speak fluent English to an appropriate standard (in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).Ability to comply with Trust policies and procedural requirements for patient care administration.Equality and Diversity Statement We particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates as they are under‑represented within the Trust.
