Excellent QOF achievement.We run total triage using SystmConnect, allowing a structured, information‑gathering approach rather than "first‑come‑first‑served" booking. This collects patient details upfront, allowing clinicians to prioritise care based on need rather than queue speed.Protected time allocated for shared administrative and prescription tasks.Monthly clinical closure afternoon for training and team building.
