Tweed House is an independent, family run practice looking for an RVN to join their team.We are a Small Animal RCVS Accredited Practice and Veterinary Nurse training Centre.Full time hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. We would consider part time applicants or those wishing to do a job share.In addition to full time hours our nurses currently work 1 in 6 Saturdays. There are no OOH as our OOH service is provided by a external provider at their Hospital in Leeds.You will not be required to work Bank Holidays with the exception of Good Friday.The ideal candidate will have the following required skills; Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and other Veterinary professionals Ability to work under pressure Posses compassion, empathy and resilience Participate in Clinical meetings with the team Support junior members of the team Contribute to a positive team culture Maintain confidentiality Maintain professional standards Be organised and have the ability to multitaskWe actively encourage the development of student nurses and would like an RVN with an interest in training students and being a clinical coach.
