Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for mechanical equipment?Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.CNC Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our client based in the Mid Devon districtLocation: TivertonRole Type: Field-basedContract: Permanent, 40 hours per weekSalary: 32,00036,000 per annum (paid overtime available)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with and carry out commercial biomass boiler installations and project work nationwideProvide technical support to Treco operations staffComplete detailed snagging lists and commissioning reportsAssist with compiling parts lists where requiredDiagnose faults and attend breakdownsBuild and supervise boiler installationsProduce detailed breakdown reports with recommended actions and required partsEnsure all installation work is carried out in accordance with issued design drawings, documenting any deviationsUndertake pre-commissioning checks as requiredProvide technical support to customers via telephone and on-site visitsCarry out meter changes in line with RHI/Ofgem requirements, including supporting documentation and imagesService and maintain boilers as requiredAccurately assess labour and parts required for servicing and repairsConduct risk assessments for all site visitsEnsure compliance with Health & Safety regulationsSupervise junior staff where applicableMaintain a professional and positive representation of the Treco GroupComplete timesheets, expense forms, and mandatory trainingFollow company processes and proceduresMaintain company vehicles and tools in good working orderWork away from home during the week when requiredEssential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar role Mechanical or electrical engineering background Proficient in Microsoft Office Good written and spoken English Full UK driving licenceDesirable Skills & Qualifications Welding experience IPAF and/or PASMA licence Biomass boiler experiencePersonal Attributes Able to work independently xjdpvnf and as part of a team Strong planning and organisational skills Effective communicator with colleagues, trades, and clients Flexible and willing to learn new skills Reliable and able to meet deadlines Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities Professional and approachable mannerBenefitsCompany pension schemeHealth and wellbeing support package21 days holiday plus bank holidays1 additional days leave per year of service (up to 5 extra days)Additional paid birthday leaveOne paid volunteer day per yearOvernight expenses covered when working awayComprehensive, industry-specific training provided
