The business operates to strong regulatory standards and encourages collaboration between Advisers, Paraplanners, and Administrators to ensure consistent and positive client outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Act as the key point of contact for the AdviserSupport and monitor Administrators to ensure timely completion of tasksProvide on-the-job training and development support to AdministratorsAttend client meetings where requiredLiaise with clients on behalf of the Adviser, ensuring excellent service and adherence to TCF principlesAnalyse technical information gathered by AdministratorsObtain technical information directly from product providersSupport team administration as requiredMaintain clear and consistent communication with Advisers and Administrators throughout the advice processPrepare accurate and compliant Suitability ReportsAssist with supporting documentation including illustrations, key features, and provider packsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and KYC informationEnsure all data and reporting is accurate and updated in a timely mannerWork collaboratively to improve internal processes and operational efficiencyAdhere to FCA and PRA regulatory requirements including MiFID II, COBS, GDPR, and internal policiesComply with FCA Certification and Conduct Rules at all timesMaintain a professional, polite, and positive attitude at all timesUndertake any other reasonable duties as requiredWhat Were Looking For:Experience in paraplanning or technical financial planning supportStrong knowledge of financial products, pensions, investments, and protectionExcellent report writing and technical analysis skillsStrong understanding of FCA regulations and suitability requirementsAbility to manage workload effectively and support multiple Advisers/teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyDesirable Skills:Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards Level 4 minimum)Experience working in a regulated financial advice environmentStrong provider platform knowledge and technical research skillsExperience mentoring or supporting junior team membersHow to Apply:Interested?
