The provision offers personalised learning pathways across academic subjects, alternative provision hubs and vocational areas such as Sports, Land?Based Studies, Motor Mechanics, Construction, Creative Digital, Catering, Creative Arts and Adventure. Staff work closely with learners and families to build trust, confidence and positive outcomes.What Youll Be DoingDeliver engaging, personalised learning to small groups and 1:1 learners across local hubsAdapt curriculum content and activities to meet a wide range of SEN needsBuild nurturing, positive relationships and advocate for learners needsInvolve learners and families in planning, decision?making and progress reviewsMaintain a safe learning environment through safeguarding and health 'safety complianceSupport assessments, progress tracking, report writing and EHCP documentationWork collaboratively with Learning Managers to gather information and maintain accurate recordsContribute to curriculum development within your subject areaEngage fully in CPD and ongoing professional developmentTravel regularly between sites (driving licence and vehicle required)About You You bring both professional expertise and a warm, learner?centred approach.
