This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term framework environment supporting substations, overhead lines, cable works and wider civil engineering packages within a regulated infrastructure setting. The wider business operates across major UK infrastructure and construction markets, with strong capability in energy, rail, highways, water and nuclear. This role would suit a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor with experience in NEC3 or NEC4 contracts, subcontract management, CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations), cash flow forecasting, change control and final accounts. Familiarity with contract and commercial management systems such as CEMAR and COINS would be highly advantageous. The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of infrastructure projects from early contractor involvement through to delivery and close-out.
