Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.Want to be a part of it?What will you be doing? Reporting in to the Commercial Director, act as commercial lead for our Mains Renewal ProgrammeManage and develop a team of commercial staff incl. Senior Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.Lead and manage the estimating of projectsIdentification and resolution of commercial risks and potential disputes both upstream and downstreamTake responsibility for all commercial reporting ensuring submissions are on time, accurate and in accordance with governance rulesCommercial Reporting including CVRs, Aged WIP, Cashflow, end of life forecastsWhat youll bring Demonstrable experience working within the Infrastructure or Construction industry in a similar role.Qualificationin Quantity Surveying (BSC or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.RICS or CICES beneficial.
