Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of up to 15 within electrical and mechanical assemblyAct as a first-line decision maker on the shop floorOversee day-to-day manufacturing activitiesEnsure product quality and on-time delivery targets are metSupport, train, and develop team members, including performance reviewsWork closely with the Cell Leader to achieve operational goals?? What Youll Be DoingDriving team performance to meet customer delivery schedulesRunning daily team briefings and setting clear objectivesMotivating and supporting team members to achieve targetsManaging performance and addressing any issues directlyPromoting a culture of continuous improvement across:SafetyQualityDeliveryCostIdentifying production challenges and collaborating with other departmentsLiaising with purchasing and internal stakeholdersEnsuring full compliance with health 'safety standards? QualificationsHNC in Engineering with 2+ years relevant experience, orApprenticeship with 4+ years manufacturing experience ??
